The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Columbia Records Creative Agency by successfully accomplishing the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
• Act as initial point of contact with prospects via outbound calling and emailing to prospective brands and agencies.
• Provide general administrative support for the Head of the Columbia Records Creative Agency including expenses, travel and meeting arrangements, contacts and database management, scheduling, phones and invoices.
• Assist with various creative pitches and other special projects as directed by the Head of the Columbia Records Creative Agency.
• Assist in business presentations, pitches (which can include the development of PowerPoint presentations) and the coordination and preparation of meetings as needed.
• Develop account specific presentations, mailings, proposals & creative selling case studies.
• Conduct internal and external research as requested.
Qualifications
• Candidate must be well versed in lifestyle, culture, music, and brands.
• Candidate must be a self-starter.
• Candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of administrative experience in licensing and/or marketing, preferably with a music, film/TV or media company.
• Candidate must have excellent computer skills including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred.
