Solve is reimagining true crime/mystery storytelling for mobile, with one of the most popular shows on Snapchat. We place the viewer at the center of the story and empower them to play along in a fun, interactive way.
We are a venture-backed startup in Venice with 5+ million fans who play our scripted show on Snapchat each week. We are looking for an ambitious Talent Coordinator with a proven ability to work effectively with actors and influencers.
You will be responsible for identifying influencers to appear in our episodes, reaching out to target influencers, and managing our relationships with talent and their representatives. You will also manage our relationship with casting agencies and supervise the casting process. Experience working directly with talent is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and manage a talent pipeline based on analytical criteria
- Communicate Solve's value proposition effectively to prospective talent and their representatives
- Manage our casting process and serve as the primary conduit between our production team and casting agencies
- Develop relationships with key industry players and maintain an up-to-date casting database
- Assist in negotiating talent agreements to completion
- Collaborate with our production team to deliver a white-glove experience to all of our talent partners
- Stay up to date on cultural movements and social media trends
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with talent, managers, agents, and publicists
- You are able to look around the corner and identify emerging cultural trends and influencers with deeply engaged fandoms
- You love data and use insights to inform your decisions
- You can light up a room with your superb communication and presentation skills
- You have the initiative, curiosity, and passion for making the never-been-tried opportunity become a reality
- You are highly organized and have absolutely no problem effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You are resilient with a ''hell yes'' attitude and a deep commitment to winning
