VP of Sales
SMV, is looking for a seasoned, motivated, VP of sales for a full-time position. SMV offers a full range of post-production services from legacy tape to 4K files, including color correction, audio mix, audio editorial, online editorial, data and storage services, 100% quality control, closed captioning, transcription and DVS services, localization, and 4-wall scalable edit suites.
Job Description
This position reports to the CEO. The VP of Sales objective is to identify potential customers and pursue, contact and increase/maximize SMV's business by selling its services. Establish sales targets, sales strategies and corporate objectives that meet the company's growth direction. This position also requires the ability to forge close relationships with his or her colleagues, and in particular company managers, in order to fully understand and realize potential business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service Focused.
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
• Have ability to both Farm and Hunt from our vast data base of past and present customers.
• Maintain and update client history.
• Must have successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner, serving the customers while increasing revenue.
• Assist clients with inquiries and orders, in person, by telephone, and via email.
• Communicate clearly with clientele and staff members.
• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and reports.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.
• Work closely with the marketing.
• Manage key customer relationships.

5 years in the Post Production Industry
