Full Time Paid Internship
- Knowledge of broadcast television business environment, and OTT/streaming service business environment
- Knowledge of the roll art plays in digital media, editorial and social media marketing strategies and tactics
- Refine their design sensibilities and learn to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Create promotional materials for emails, websites, social media platforms and partner marketing campaigns to promote the overall network and specific shows
- Cut promotional assets for different platforms and devices
- Cropping and recomposing artwork following strict style guides for our website, email campaigns, and partner platforms (Hulu, Roku, Amazon, etc.)
- Ensure on-time and error-free delivery of final and approved assets for release.
- Color correct and retouch images.
- Create and maintain archives of all final assets and original art.
- Work with internal teams and various departments to assist in the fulfillment of editorial and marketing art requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Current undergraduate student (rising junior or above)
• Strong Interest in the Cable/Entertainment Industry
• 2.50 GPA or above
• Submission of a cover letter - required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work and prioritize work assignments
• Able to provide administrative support as needed
Preferred:
• Cable television experience a plus
• Active participation in extracurricular activities; clubs; and/or associations. Leadership positions while maintaining an above-average GPA, a plus
• Prior internship experience in a related field, a plus
