This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Digital Programming and all Digital departmental needs.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Develop and/or maintain databases, distribution lists, mailing lists and filing systems
Prepare and track expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies
Meeting preparation - booking room, prepping any materials, ensuring technology set-up and functioning in advance, confirming meetings with outside visitors, ensuring NDA's sent and signed in advance, as required
Manage director's calendar and coordinate daily meetings and appointments, assist in managing the executive's timely arrival to meetings
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and prep materials for business trips
Answer and screen a high volume of phone calls and email, taking action when appropriate, and following up
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents
Perform additional administrative duties such as copying documents
Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person
Support with creative project descriptions
Assist in the planning of several live-events throughout the year centered around conventions
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years related experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
Exhibits a strong interest in digital content
Additional Qualifications
Desired skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities
Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external talent and senior management
Production experience
Eligibility requirements:
