Part Time Job
Sima Cohen, celebrity wellness coach, entrepreneur and author is seeking a part-time paid administrative assistant for the Sima Cohen brand, tv/media events, workshops and appearances (Los Angeles locals ONLY
Duties:
Manages extremely active calendar
Plans, coordinates and ensures executive's schedule is efficient and is followed through
Works closely and effectively with the executive to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Helps design and coordinate television segments (training will be provided)
Works with social media and other interns to coordinate posts, photo and video shoots
Manages a variety of projects
Training will be provided
The candidate preferably would have some experience in the programs/ tools/ environments listed below (though we can provide some training):
Adobe Photoshop or GIMP (Design, Color Correction, Flyers, Social Media, etc.)
Adobe InDesign (Flyers, social media, e-books, etc.)
Video editing software (Final Cut Pro)
Wordpress Website/Blog (Basic understanding of Interface)
Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Wordpress and Pinterest)
Google Drive
Microsoft Office
Constant Contacts (preferred, can be trained)
Qualifications/Requirements:
Owns a laptop
Must be professional, responsible with a high level of integrity
Must be able to work well under deadline pressure
Reliable Transportation
Working hours are Mon-Fri from Sherman Oaks office
Able to wear many different hats and multi-task, able to handle changing priorities and adapt quickly
Minimum requirement of 6 months work
