(SNI) owns and operates the premium television networks SHOWTIME®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL™ and FLIX®, and also offers SHOWTIME ON DEMAND®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL™ ON DEMAND and FLIX ON DEMAND®, and the network's authentication service SHOWTIME ANYTIME®. Showtime Digital Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNI, operates the stand-alone streaming service SHOWTIME®. SHOWTIME is currently available to subscribers via cable, DBS, and telco providers, and as a stand-alone streaming service through Amazon, Apple®, Google, LG Smart TVs, Oculus Go, Roku®, Samsung Smart TVs and Xbox One.
Summary
Our Product organization is responsible for the development and management of SHOWTIME, our stand-alone streaming service and Showtime Anytime, our TV Everywhere streaming service.
As the Vice President of Program Management and Delivery, you will manage, guide and mentor a team of program managers responsible for delivering products and product features for our streaming services across web and all major streaming devices. You will strategize and collaborate directly with senior leaders in our product and engineering teams on projects that drive our business, and help us predict, track and optimize our roadmap so that we can continuously improve our ability to deliver better products to end users quickly and efficiently.

You have the ability to see the big picture, understand business goals and the impact that your projects have on meeting those goals.
Responsibilities
• Align with product and development leadership to build a sound plan for delivering on our roadmap, while managing a talented group of PMs focused on driving that delivery
• If necessary, directly manage key high-visibility or highly complex programs that require your senior skills
• Employ your innate technical fluency and your experience with complex product suites to anticipate challenges, identify risk, manage dependencies and guide decisions that provide the optimal path forward
• Build strong relationships that enable you to create a culture of teamwork with peers, dependent teams, and groups across the organization
• Prioritize having a positive impact on team morale
• Foster an environment of inclusion
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or work experience in a highly technical field
• Be technical in nature with a deep passion for understanding the what, why, and how the machinery works
• 5 years of managing programs for consumer-facing digital products
• 2 years of people management experience, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented team members
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across the business
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
Additional Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Has a track record of applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
• Can thoughtfully debate a proposed delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, product managers and designers
• Can communicate and operate with authenticity
• Has a reputation for earning respect and authority that encourages cooperation and collaboration from all stakeholders, not just those with a direct reporting relationship
