The company has grown significantly in the last year and we are expanding our marketing team
SWE is looking for a dynamic Marketing Director with hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing and brand direction to join the leadership team at SWE. As a Marketing Director you will obsess over strategies that bring ears to our shows and eyeballs to our social platforms. You're a strategic and creative marketer who can combine your analytical skills and creative insight to grow our audience. We are looking for a seasoned content marketer with great taste and a strong, demonstrable track record of launching innovative campaigns to support media properties. You will be establishing the objectives, key results, processes and workflow for the marketing team
Responsibilities:
Manage social media channels, content strategy, partnerships and brand messaging
Oversee video monetization, website and messaging
Liaise with PR to approve and manage requests
Create new opportunities and partnerships for the SWE brand
Oversee photoshoots and creation of all image and brand assets for Emily
Analyze analytics to drive growth of the brand
Facilitate growth in engagement and subscribers across all platforms
Manage editors, freelance content creators and coordinators on the team
Maintain brand and diversity and inclusion standards across all platforms
Plan and optimize marketing spend to achieve results and test new tactics
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in content marketing and social media management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable about current trends, functionality and best practices across all social platforms
Knowledgeable about wellness, women's health, sexual health and pop culture
Comfortable with POC, queer and other alternative lifestyle perspectives
Skilled with WordPress, SEO tagging and newsletter programs
