SET Artist Management is currently seeking an Office Coordinator. This a temp to perm position and requires a minimum of 40 hours as week.
Job Duties:
-Assist CEO & Operations Manager with monthly schedules and special ad hoc projects
-Maintain and update company scheduling system
-Serve as liaison between company and clients, as needed
-Manage all social media outlets such as Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter
-Client Relations - work with existing clients to keep them happy and serve their needs
-Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
-Research organizations to identify new sales leads and potential new markets
-Draft and distribute company newsletters
-Maintain and organize company mailing lists
-Execute production of company merchandise and marketing items
-Obtaining updated DJ materials (pictures, decks, logos, etc.)
-Website (overseeing schedule, updates/edits)
-Ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
-Interest in talent booking and NYC nightlife
-Ability to work on multiple tasks
-Knowledge of Google applications
-Good communication skills
