Title: US Direct Sales and New Release Coordinator

Reports to: Head of North American Physical Sales & Marketing
Location: Bloomington, IN or Chicago, IL
The opportunity:
Secretly Distribution seeks a full time US Direct Sales and New Release Coordinator rep to oversee a portion of our direct US Physical account base. This role will be at the forefront of our US retailer and distributor partnerships with a strong focus on order fulfillment and customer service. Sales rep will work with our genre-spanning distributed label base to help shape US sales expectations as well as to provide reporting and feedback throughout a campaign. As a sales rep to hundreds of direct accounts, this role may encompass all aspects of the account from orders, setting up new accounts, monitoring marketing, exclusives, and more. This role will also focus specifically on the new release campaign cycle for our catalog.
US Direct Sales and New Release Coordinator details:
Sales & Support:
Manage Domestic wholesale and retail accounts
Engage with labels and internal team to set sales expectations (SLOs) for new releases
Maintain efficient process with Warehouse and Sales Reps, particularly on New Release and timely catalog
Coordinate stock requirements based on Marketing bookings
Work with Sales Team on stock allocations for limited product
Pitch & Coordinate Exclusive Editions for Retailers
Communicate expectation and campaign results for your accounts to labels
Manage and coordinate solicitations to Retail & US Domestic accounts
Maintain reporting information on new release ship data
Development & Innovations:
Drive improvements for Retail B2B that increase efficiency and expand orders
Coordinate implementation with Development team
Maintain up to date information on B2B landing page
Requirements:
Strong communication and writing skills, ability to respond to inquiries and requests promptly
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build authentic relationships easily
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Ability to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and interact with a large team.
Passionate about music and a familiarity with Secretly Distribution labels is a plus
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Previous office experience is a plus
