Job Title: MarinersVision – Videoboard Team Member
Department: Productions
Reports To: Manager, Video Operations
Status: Non-exempt
Duration: Seasonal position
Primary Objective:
Responsible for helping execute the audio/visual experience at T-Mobile Park for Mariners games and ballpark events by operating control room equipment. Positions include: Technical Director, Clips Playback, Graphics Machine, Replay Operator, Shader, DJ, Statistician, Camera Operator and On-Camera Host.
Essential Functions:
• Operate control room equipment and broadcast equipment to produce a successful and entraining live production at T-Mobile Park.
• Have a strong working knowledge and experience in a live video production atmosphere.
• Responsible for setting up and preparing equipment for use on game days.
• Perform duties at high level in a fast-paced working environment.
• Must attend crew meetings and rehearsals as assigned.
• Assist with tear down and executing post event production responsibilities.
• Be able to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment to produce a successful live production.
• Will perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
• Previous work experience in a live-video production environment required.
• Understanding of broadcast equipment.
• Experience working with Switchers (Ross Vision), Clips, Graphics Machines (Ross Xpression), Replay (EVS), audio equipment and/or cameras.

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
• Must be available to commit to a minimum 5-hour workday for games and events, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Indoor and outdoor work environment, subject to fluctuation in temperatures, exposure to the sun and elements.
• Must be able to access assigned locations in T-Mobile Park including navigating concrete stairwells, ramps and concourses.
• Must be able to make crew call.
• Must be able to move up to 35 lbs.
