Responsibilities:
• Report Directly to SVP of Post Production.
• Liaise with Disney Content Security to ensure that all departments on all shows and all vendors adhere to approved Content Security protocols.
• Maintain shared database of post-production vendors and facilities world-wide including Dailies, DI, ADR and Mix facilities, recommend as appropriate.
• Liaise with multiple departments regarding creation and distribution of show specific delivery schedules.
• Confirm show budgets and schedules are in line with required delivery elements.
• Review and approved both picture and sound workflows prior to production.
• Organize and distribute technical delivery requirements to necessary vendors.
• Responsible for issuing purchase orders and tracking of costs relating to creation of archive materials.
• Review, organize and approve all delivery elements from editorial, DI and sound vendors.
• Prep, organize and record all delivery elements for archival storage.
• Periodic meetings with Post representatives on each show.
• Attend a variety of studio meetings to report the status of shows in delivery, maintain databases as necessary.
• Work closely with Studio Operations to ensure timely delivery of all elements.
• Work closely with other departments throughout the studio (Marketing, Legal, Clearances, Product Placement, Credits, etc.) to ensure the show is delivering the appropriate elements as needed.
• Communicate to additional departments throughout studio (Operations, Marketing, Home Entertainment, Publicity) the status of necessary delivery items and flag any unforeseen issues.
• Assist the shows as needed in understanding/executing all deliverables.
• QC all final deliverables.
• Participate in department development activities and informational workshops.
• Assist in other Post Production related activities as required including Dailies, Previews, Premieres.
Basic Qualifications:
• Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others, both in a supervisory role and as a collaborative team player.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient with Mac OS file storage structures.
• Understanding of Theatrical Digital Cinema and Streaming IMF workflows preferred.
• Knowledge of sound and music formats a plus.
• Positive attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor, required since this position is forward facing to our crews
• Required Education
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience required.
