Los Angeles based entertainment company SCH Entertainment home to new talent management firm MISSMANAGED seeks assistant to President / Talent Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a very diverse role with opportunity to grow. We are exclusively looking for candidates with a strong interest in both traditional and digital talent management, pop culture, film and music, and brand integrations.
Previous agency/assistant experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will consider recent college graduates as well as college seniors who may be interested in a part-time position.
The ideal candidate is friendly, ambitious, career-driven, organized, and looks forward to growing with the company.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist manager with day to day needs both in their personal and professional life (i.e: trip scheduling, dining reservations, appointments, occasional pet related tasks during work hours)
Rolling calls, light scheduling, and keeping up with calendars
Reporting on calls and pitches
Updating and maintaining contacts database
Accompanying manager and talent to meetings, events, shoots, casting calls, etc
Keeping the communication going between manager, talent, and other talent reps such as publicists, agents, etc
Gathering assets from talent such as photos, videos, and any content needed by management team
Collecting deliverables from talent when needed for an audition or brand partnership
On set chaperoning for underage talent
Coordinating social calendars and post logistics with brands and partners

New talent scouting and outreach
New brand partners outreach
Making of creative decks for pitches, one sheets, media kits, etc
Overseeing digital brand integrations

Clear understanding of social analytics and able to translate data into pitch materials
Basic Photoshop skills
Mac system, Keynote, Google sheets, Pages/Word, Breakdown Express, Casting services, IMDb, Variety Insight, etc
Qualifications:
4 year bachelors degree OR college student graduating within the next 12 months
Previous agency/assistant experience is preferred but not mandatory
Local to Beverly Hills / Century City area
