Due to COVID-19, this position is currently remote likely until the end of the year. In person office reopening plans are tentatively slated for early 2021, but are subject to change.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Departmental Assistant position for Scale Management's Partners/Managers in the Digital, Unscripted, and Business Development department is currently primarily responsible for scheduling matters as well as handling personal tasks and errands as needed.
The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment to execute a high-volume workload in a judicious and professional manner, as well as interface and work with business leaders, their teams, and each respective client. The ideal candidate can proficiently anticipate problems, multitask, and proactively identify solutions. Candidate should have the ability to effectively navigate media platforms, as well as expertly handle the shifting needs and demands of the clients, senior business leaders, and their teams. Must show a keen interest in digitally native talent and the ever-evolving digital landscape. We are looking for a candidate who has extreme enthusiasm towards talent, specifically the world of digital talent representation.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous administrative experience whether through internships or other work related opportunities.
-A keen interest in the digital space as both a professional and consumer
-G Suite and Microsoft proficiency
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Project management experience a huge plus
-Ability to multi-task
-Huge Pluses: Experience in representation and/or talent relations experience in the entertainment space. Any agency/management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Scheduling: Responsible for daily schedule management of the partner and clients
-Liaison of communication between partners and Los Angeles based team.
-Manage extremely heavy email activity, calendar appointments, and meetings.
-Managing client, colleague and personal gifting.
-Preparing thorough miscellaneous memos to be shared with clients.
