POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our current Assistant to Talent Manager/Partner in Digital, Unscripted, and Development position facilitates the day-to-day operations for one of the company's Partners who oversees all business development and strategy for a number of talent across all entertainment verticals - but mostly, digital media.
The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment to execute a high-volume workload in a judicious and professional manner, as well as interface and work with business leaders, their teams, and each respective client. The ideal candidate can proficiently anticipate problems, multitask, and proactively identify solutions. Candidate should have the ability to effectively navigate media platforms, as well as expertly handle the shifting needs and demands of the clients, senior business leaders, and their teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous assistant experience in the entertainment space
-A keen interest in the digital space as both a professional and consumer
-G Suite and Microsoft proficiency
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Project management experience a huge plus
-Ability to multi-task
-Huge Pluses: Experience in representation and/or talent relations experience in the entertainment space. Any agency/management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Responsible for overseeing daily schedule management of the partner and clients
-Act as the communication liaison for both external partners, internal employees, and clients.
-Manage extremely heavy email and phone activity, calendar appointments, and meetings
-Maintain and preparing partner with daily tracking information of current projects, tasks, and upcoming initiatives
-Act as gatekeeper; screen incoming and conference calls in a timely professional manner and route accordingly
-Manage internal records for clients' business partnerships
-Pull talent submission lists for considerations
-Assist other members of the team with the execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned; track progress and results when necessary
