Well established On Camera department is looking for an exceptional assistant to assist 2 agents. This is a fast-paced environment, so applicant should be able to maintain a calm, professional manner while juggling multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities include rolling calls, providing administrative and client support including reviewing material, scheduling auditions as well as coordinating with casting directors and managers. Ideal candidate will be personable with a great attitude, extremely detail-oriented and have an excellent work ethic Bachelor's degree is required. (NO ACTORS PLEASE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional appearance and presentation
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, LA Casting and Casting Frontier
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Ability to keep accurate records
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
Ability to keep calendar/appointments/meetings up to date
Agency, Management or Casting experience is preferred.
*Must be willing to work occasional overtime
