JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an organized Learning & Development Associate to apply their skills and passion through our Corporate University, Spurs Sports and Entertainment University (SSEU). We provide opportunities for staff to build a common language, share tools, provide greater opportunities to grow personally and develop professionally, and prepare individuals for future leadership roles!
In every position, each employee is expected to: demonstrate alignment with SS&E's core values and mission, collaborate with internal/external family members and demonstrate ongoing development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development Team by assisting with the day to day responsibilities which includes but is not limited to: setting up training room for in-person and virtual courses, assist with training activities, schedules, and working with instructors.
• Assist in developing creative ideas to enhance participation in SSEU.
• Track and maintain course completions through our learning management system.
• Assist with entry level facilitation of courses for staff as needed.
• Experience with training and social media preferred.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Must be able to work at least 29 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
