Lead Spotlight Operator (PT)
The eligible candidate will be in charge of directing spotlights and operating moving lights via a RoadHog lighting console (if applicable) for Spurs games and franchise events. They should be familiar with lighting systems and various lighting equipment. Responsibilities also include operating houselights for Frost Bank Center concerts and other events.
Who You Are:
• Work with Lighting Director to cue spotlights during games and events.
• Communicate any repairs needed to spotlights needed to function at full capacity.
• Operate House Lights panel for games and events.
• Assist with lighting needs at franchise facilities.
• Other Duties as assigned.
What You’ll Do:
• Available to work most home games during Spurs season.
• Must be able to operate a spotlight and take direction during a game.
• Familiar with RoadHog lighting console.
• Self-starter, proactive, highly-motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Has a commitment to excellence.
• Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork aptitude required.
Physical Requirements:
• Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time.
• Able to work from 4.5 hours prior to a game until the end of the game.
• Able to withstand heights (Mechanical or Catwalk level of FBC).
