POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Event Technician is responsible for supporting, and maintaining the equipment, networking infrastructure and related services regarding the events hosted by Spurs Sports & Entertainment, including all of SS&E's franchises and venues. The eligible candidate for this position will be customer service-focused, with the ability to work independently and will be responsible for the set up and breakdown of event related equipment. This candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for helping SS&E employees and stakeholders during day-to-day operations. This position will be scheduled for approximately a 40-hour work week. This position requires flexible work hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
• Serves as first-point-of-contact for all stakeholders during events as they experience technical issues.
• Responsible for the setup and breakdown of all event related technology equipment.
• Setup, configure, troubleshoot and maintain all enterprise-wide software and computer hardware.
• Collaborate with other IT Team members to maintain team functionality and effectiveness.
• Fulfill all requests for event IT support, document IT support related functions and distribute a report of all event related IT support tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Associates degree in Computer Information Support or related field plus 1 year of experience. (Experience can be substituted for education).
• Possess strong technical skills and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Windows and/or Mac required.
• Experience with networking concepts preferred.
• Highly flexible and adaptable attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsiveness required.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
• Strong teamwork aptitude required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong professional communication skills including written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• 80% of work needed to be performed onsite/20% of job able to be performed remotely as needed or on a seasonal basis.
