Overview:
NOTE: This position is not responsible for social media administration. This position focuses on front end web and mobile app development and requires coding/programming skills necessary to build and troubleshoot assets both from scratch and from within multiple CMS environments.
This position will be responsible for front-end website development for all Spurs Sports & Entertainment franchises (Spurs, Rampage, San Antonio FC) as well as development and content moderation for the Spurs App. Under the guidance of the Manager of Product Design & Development and partnering with the other departments within our Brand Engagement department including our Marketing, Creative, and Content Teams -- gather business requirements and design technical solutions to meet those needs. The eligible candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of important internal stakeholders, team sponsors, league contacts, vendors and a variety of external audiences; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload.
The eligible candidate will understand and modify existing systems/products as business requirements and consumer behaviors change in the tech space. Their goal will be to boost fan engagement through our digital platforms, as well as look for innovative opportunities and areas for growth.

Responsibilities:
• Development of sites using responsive cross/device techniques
• Assist in development and innovation of Spurs mobile app
• Assist in maintaining reports of web and app analytics and perform analysis to track visitor behavior, as well as provide insights for development road mapping
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant certifications, or 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Well versed in HTML, CSS, and other software languages used for web and mobile web development (i.e. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of Responsive Design
• Familiarity with JSON and XML and ability to parse data feeds
• Understanding of API and data driven content
• Knowledge of how to build sitemaps and wireframes
• Working experience with multiple CMS's (Drupal, Wordpress, etc)
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail
• Commitment to growth in values-based leadership and development
• Must be able to work occasional flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
