We are seeking a professional sales account manager to join our family! The person in this role will be responsible for developing, generating, and increasing lease revenue, single event suite revenue and Spurs premium seating revenue, with a strong focus on business-to-business consultative selling. Our ideal candidate will use their high level of attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with current and new customers. Additionally, you will input all accounts into CRM systems and assist with the activation of single event suites and premium seat accounts. Base pay will include an annual salary and commission. Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed revenue goals, while also exceeding client expectations in value and service.
• Generate, develop, and grow relationships in San Antonio, Austin, and other markets within a 200-mile radius of the AT&T Center.
• Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts using the best methods in prospecting, networking, lead generation, and personal database management.
• Seek ongoing training and development to improve sales strategies and processes.
• Assist the Corporate Retention team on all aspects of managing lease accounts, single event accounts and Spurs premium seating accounts; including but not limited to renewal strategies, special projects, and attending games/events.
Qualifications
• 5 years of sales experience
• 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
• Proficient with CRM systems; TicketMaster Archtics Ticketing System preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other digital literacy
• Ability to work independently and self-prospect
• Strong teamwork aptitude, and excellent customer relations skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule to include the ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy
• Ability to Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time
• Bilingual- Spanish preferred
• 70% of job able to be performed remotely/30% of work needed to be performed onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis
