Overview
Spurs Sports & Entertainment is seeking a talented, creative, and experienced visual storyteller to produce entertaining video for the Spurs, Rampage, SAFC and AT&T Center. The eligible candidate will manage all aspects of production including, shooting, editing and graphic animation. In addition, the candidate must be able to work with a diverse group of important internal and external contacts, team sponsors, clients and visitors at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. Candidate must be an outside the box thinker and very creative.
This position will manage pre-production plans; write scripts and storyboard, conduct studio-based and field-based video productions which involves interacting with clients, talent, and operating all HD video and audio equipment. The eligible candidate will need to be able to perform video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, rough cuts, audio adjustments, color correction, and making final edits using Adobe Premiere software.
The best candidate will be able to create motion graphics and special effects in accordance with the overall production concepts. The candidate must carry a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor, carry a positive attitude, have strong organizational skills, and be very detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of production including writing, casting, budgeting, shooting, and editing.
• Strong nonlinear editing skills, preferably Adobe's Premiere Pro.
• Operate HD video equipment, professional audio equipment, production lighting.
• Coordinate studio-based and field-based productions.
• Organize and log footage, edit using Adobe Creative software, and compress for various sources.
• Cultivate creative ideas that serve both the audience and the Spurs Sports & Entertainment brand.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of video production.
• Strong nonlinear editing skills, preferably Adobe's Premiere Pro, with reel to demonstrate skills.
• Knowledge of video production tools including the use of HD video cameras, lights, and microphones.
• Must work well in a team dynamic. Be accountable to others and positive member of the production team.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Must be able to work with multiple projects and quick deadlines.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail
• Commitment to growth in values based leadership and development
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
