Overview
Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a dynamic content coordinator to join our Family! The person in this role will be responsible for the communication and education between the Digital and Partnerships teams through sharing digital trends and methodologies, social performance and digital activation fulfillment. Our ideal candidate will have strong critical reasoning and problem solving skills who can actively manage and grow our digital monetization efforts. Responsibilities
• Serve as liaison between Digital and Marketing Partnerships teams in relation to sponsored content opportunities, execution and innovation.
• Coordinate, maintain and track all digital activations to ensure that all social and digital assets are fulfilled, executed and reported accurately.
• Work alongside campaign producers to execute branded content packages that elevate both the franchise brands and achieve our partner's business goals.
• Assist with the planning and posting of branded content campaigns.
• Work with social team to identify and match brand partners with organic content for custom and sponsorship integration opportunities.
• Assist to build and pitch proposals that solve client objectives through strategy and creative thinking.
• Use your deep understanding of all social platforms, including the frequent product and algorithm changes, and how both impact the ability to create and distribute branded content.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media tools and trends, including an understanding of how other companies are integrating partners into content.
• Work closely with managers to optimize channel distribution and promotion of content.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
• 2 years' experience in social media, social marketing, or a closely related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus (e.g., Final Cut, Photoshop, etc.)
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager a plus
• Must contribute to and thrive in high energy, high profile, positive, proactive, deadline driven, results oriented, and attention to detail environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Appreciation for and understanding of pop culture
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays at times
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
