Saga Films is an international financing and distribution company, dedicated to bridging the gap between Hollywood and China. We are looking for a bright intern to join our team at Saga with potential for a full-time position!
Responsibilities:
-Read scripts, write coverage in English and Chinese, and communicate with the acquisition team
-Identify and research potential projects, creators, studios, and partners
-Gather information and update acquisition database
-Support the development of visual and textual assets for projects
-Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables for projects on competing timelines
-Other office duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
-Fluency in Mandarin & English (Mandatory)
-Passion for film culture, tv & entertainment industry
-Knowledge of the international film marketplace is greatly appreciated
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
-Work well with tight deadlines and at the same time show excellent creativity
-Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
-Demonstrated proficiency in writing and conducting research
