Information Management Coordinator (Residuals Processing Trust & Estates-Address Desk)
POSITION PURPOSE:
Field incoming calls and process paperwork related to residual payments.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Field calls from performers regarding residuals trust related questions.
• Relay pertinent info for release of funds held in trust
• Process address and information updates received via email, fax, mail, NCOA reporting and TRAP
• Set-up and end date corporations, process and end date Agent Check Authorizations, manage Deed of Gift and Credit Union updates.
• Process and distribute all mail delivered to department
• Outreach to performers with address and returned mail issues
• Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Demonstrate effective skills in the use of PC applications
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG’s sole discretion
• Excellent 10-key by touch, with accuracy and speed is required.
• Ability to lift 30-45lbs
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Detail oriented
• Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines
• Able to work under pressure
• Capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor
• Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact. Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally
• Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members
• Hold one’s self and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity.
• Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA’s sole discretion
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours (and/or overtime for applicable non- exempt positions) per day or per week, including weekends and as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs
• Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
and/or Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
Testing Requirements
• Basic skills: spelling, math, grammar and filing – passing score: 76%
• 10-Key test
• Typing test 35 WPM
• Word test (basic) – passing score: 76%
