Information Management Coordinator (Estates Desk)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Send correspondence to performers that have funds in trust or whose information is incomplete.
• Responsible for all daily deposits including trust routing.
• Re-route to trust and payroll claims deposited to trust, accomplished through heavy data input.
• Responsible for all change of address-business updates, daily correspondence received via mail or fax.
• Review checks to determine the status of returned checks; re-route to trust or remail.
• Remail returned checks that are still in our possession to performers that recently updated their addresses. heavy data input.
• Alphabetize all returned residual payments and group by month.
• Re-route checks to the trust account for the Estates Dept.
• Batch miscellaneous checks received from claims filed from the contracts departments.
• File residual only and Taft/Hartley documentation received. File address changes; trouble-shoot for both Estates & Trusts.
• Assist with Estates desk(s) as needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
(The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities)
Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
10-key by touch.
Operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge and ability to create standard professional correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively through letters, phone calls and reports as required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills required.
Must be able to type 35 WPM.
Capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor.
Able to use PC applications.
Detail oriented.
Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines.
Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact. Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally.
Have an understanding an.d awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members.
Hold yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity.
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG’s sole discretion.
Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA’s sole discretion.
Must be available and willing to work extended hours (and/or overtime for applicable non- exempt positions) per day or per week, and holidays, as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs.
Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
• High School or equivalent
• Some college preferred
Testing Requirements
• Basic skills: spelling, math, grammar and filing – passing score: 76%
• Microsoft Word and Excel tests (basic and intermediate) – passing score: 76%
• 10-Key test
• Typing test 35 WPM
