POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to support the Document Center Manager with technical maintenance and back end processes. This includes troubleshooting production problems, optimizing code and system performance on existing systems, testing and debugging of applications and managing equipment service calls/supplies. It also includes providing Quality Assurance on scanned documents.
ESSSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure quality assurance for all scanned and indexed batches. This includes identifying errors and performing corrections for both check scanning and document scanning so that they meet the requirements established between the Document Center and the business.
• Troubleshoot problem batches in production and identify errors and workaround fixes.
• Work with customers to determine scanning requirements and manage the software development lifecycle to deliver on solutions.
• Develop test plans and implement software changes in Document Center software, such as Documentum, Captiva and Kofax.
• Develop training materials and train users on Document Center applications.
• Assist with the strategy to automate paper-oriented processes.
• Act as a contact for third-party vendors for hardware support and supplies.
• Assist manger in maintaining intra-departmental relationships.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and contractor personnel to ensure efficient, effective deployment of workflows and processes.
• Configure, troubleshoot, test and debug applications pertinent to Document Center such as Documentum, Captiva Capture and Kofax Capture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
(The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.)
• Strong knowledge of document management concept and applications required; experience with Kofax Capture or Captive Capture a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Databases a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office Desktop applications required (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals both internally and externally.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure, and to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact. Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally.
• Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members.

• Must be available and willing to work extended hours (and/or overtime for applicable non- exempt positions) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs.
• Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Records Management (RM), including records management systems, imaging and emerging technologies.
• Experience in imaging services (i.e., scanning and indexing documents) preferred.
• Experience with Kodak Ngenuity i5250v scanner or equivalent preferred.
