Full Time Job
POSITION: Sales Enablement Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Sales & Service
MANAGER: Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service
Summary: Provides analytical, sales technology and administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's):
• Sales Technology Administration – contract management, usage reporting, trend analysis, best practices, creation of a program overview including training, FAQs and key information & vendor point of contact for 10 key tools as well as primary point of contact internally for tools (familiarity with sales technology tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, OneMob, DialSource, Clearslide, Conversica and more a major plus)
• Sales Reporting – daily & weekly KPI metrics & dashboards, NBA report summaries, leader boards and ad-hoc as needed often (advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred – understanding of ODBC queries, custom formulas and more)
• Commission Reporting & Reconciliation – keeping live sales records for staff to view daily and monthly commissions (proficiency in compensation tools like Xactly preferred)
• Presentation Prep – speaking engagement decks, internal department trainings, etc (strong PowerPoint and Presi skills preferred)
• Expense Reports – compile receipts, uploading receipts, coding, interface with finance dept. and compiling all reports for departmental approvals (using Concur online system)
• Daily Budget Tracking – keeping ongoing status of departmental expenses using online software (Workday)
• Point of contact for industry sales and service best practice sharing – summarizing top trends from industry publications and key contacts and sharing our processes with other teams upon request
• Liaison with other departments for up-to-date staffing information
• Provide similar assistance remotely for our Stockton Kings G-League Affiliate as needed
• Assist with periodic client interaction via email & phone
• Assists with Sr. VP's schedule, contacts and travel as needed
• Ability to multi-task assignments and meet deadlines
• Support sales team with various projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of (2) years related experience working with a sales or service department.
• Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Statistical and Database programs and preferred experience with cloud-based Sales Technology tools
• Must be experienced in handling confidential information.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining an executive level calendar in a professional, efficient and, effective manner.
• Flexible and open to change; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly
• Helps team achieve goals by fostering a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, composed and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work evenings and weekends, occasionally at short notice.
• Knowledge of sports and customer services
• Ability to multi-task assignments and meet deadlines
