Position Title: Premium & Corporate Hospitality Account Manager
Department: Premium & Corporate Hospitality
Reports To: Director, Premium & Corporate Hospitality
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary Under direction and supervision, the individual in this position will play a key role in establishing dynamic relationships with our Suite, Loft & Balcony Box clientele, providing superior customer service and will assist in executing a long-term renewal strategy.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's): include the following. Individual may participate in special projects that support departmental goals and objectives that may be deemed as essential by the Director, Premium & Corporate Hospitality.
• Build and grow relationships with Golden 1 Center Suite, Loft & Balcony Box decision makers, administrators and/or other key client contacts
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Suite, Loft & Balcony Box clients, ensure first class hospitality during their attendance at all Golden 1 Center events (Kings and non-Kings)
• Act as the liaison between all internal departments to ensure that assigned Suite, Loft & Balcony Box client expectations are met and exceeded
• Manage retention programs and events for existing Suite, Loft & Balcony Box
• Actively contribute to and participate in private Suite, Loft & Balcony Box client special events, trips and activities
• Assist in hiring and training Premium Ambassadors on the Premium & Corporate Hospitality team as needed
• Supervise Premium Ambassadors on King and non-King event dates and run the Premium Levels as Manager on Duty for up to 5 events monthly
• Contribute to and execute yearlong communication strategy to Suite, Loft & Balcony Box clientele
• Organizes and executes private Suite, Loft & Balcony Box owner events in specified suite/loft locations on non-event/game days
• Implement and execute activation events in Premium club spaces on Suite level during games and events
• Attentively listens, comprehends, fulfills and anticipates Suite, Loft & Balcony Box client needs
• Actively coordinates with other internal departments to ensure the quality of the Suite, Loft & Balcony Box rental client experiences from initial sale, to billing, to event service, etc.
• Tactfully handles and resolves team and Suite, Loft & Balcony Box client issues and follows up appropriately
• Possesses a thorough knowledge of the Sacramento Kings services and Suite, Loft & Balcony Box client benefits
Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on business management, sports management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a service role with a focus on building relationships and renewing existing clients, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
• Proven high level results in B2B sales and/or relationship building, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational ability
• Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required
• Ability to work simultaneously with a broad variety of vested interest groups and to foster a cooperative environment
• Ability to anticipate problems and implement immediate corrective action
• Ability to perform effectively under significant pressure typically associated with meeting the demands and timetables of the entertainment industry
• Strong orientation towards hospitality/customer service for the meeting and entertainment industry
• Effective supervisory skills. Ability to deal effectively with human resource and personnel problems; to deal constructively with conflict; to motivate, provide counsel and execute applicable solutions
• Must be proficient in Ticketmaster Archtics, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Outlook.
• Proven time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
