Job Summary: Don't miss the opportunity of a lifetime to join the NBA's newest Gatorade League franchise, the Stockton Kings, as they prepare for their inaugural season at the Stockton Arena.
The Stockton Kings are looking to hire an Office Administrator who will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of the Stockton Kings. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibility Areas:
• The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator is to support the Stockton Kings business staff with day to day administrative tasks.
• Greets customers or facility visitors and answers basic questions regarding Stockton Kings products and processes.
• Answers incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate team members
• Records, delivers and receives messages for team members as needed
• Provides information to customers over the phone including facility address and directions, fax numbers, website and other related information
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
• Maintains and routes publications
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, stapling and collating
• Supports marketing efforts by compiling brochures and packet materials or with other tasks or projects as needed
• Keep office areas clean, neat and organized
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to deal professionally with confidential information.
• Commitment to role as a Team Member Advocate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer focused; commitment to cater to customers.

• Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Work with a sense of urgency and priority.
• Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule required
