Full Time Job
Summary: The Ticket Seller is primarily responsible for enhancing WOW! moments with all customer groups through heightened quality, performance and service.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Selling walk up tickets via multiple ticket software platforms
• Distributing Will Call tickets
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• General customer service
• Provide arena information and directions
• Assist with ticket related problems/issues
Qualifications
& Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior ticket selling/customer service experience preferred.
• Handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of typing and computers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• May require extended periods of standing and walking.
