Rybin Talent Management, a well-established talent management company, in business for over 30 years, is seeking a hardworking, organized, and responsible individual to assist with a busy desk. This is a great opportunity for learning the ropes if you are interested in the field of talent representation. Opportunity for growth and promotion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate auditions, callback sessions, and bookings
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries
Assist with On Camera and MP3 Auditions
Handle administrative tasks for the Rybin Studio of Drama acting school
Social media and website updates
Coordinate complicated schedule/calendar/travel for clients, business, and CEO
General office upkeep
Maintain databases
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Spanish/English
Entertainment experience/internships preferred
An outgoing and detail-oriented person
Must enjoy working with kids (we have both youth and adult divisions)
Able to multi-task
Basic computer skills
Willing to train the right candidate
Flat pay weekly rate depending on experience
Option to work one day a week from home once well trained
Official business hours are: 10:00AM-6:00PM, Monday-Friday, but must be flexible
Can also be involved in the process of how we discover and select talent through our Studio of Drama classes on Saturdays
