Who we're looking for…
RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Facilities Assistant to serve as support for the upkeep and operation of the RWS campus.
About the role…
Reporting to the Manager of Facilities, the Facilities Assistant will aid in daily operations of the Facilities Department. This role will involve general maintenance of our Office, Studio, and Housing locations. This position is part-time with second-shift and weekend requirements.
What's expected…
• Provide administrative support for the Manager of Facilities.
• Manage RWS Entertainment Group internal rehearsal bookings.
• Monitor/address Office, Studio, and Housing cleanliness.
• Address emergency infrastructure issues as they arise to Building's Superintendent and/or Manager of Facilities.
• Manage Studios security devices and procedures.
• Track and maintain a list of necessary studio supplies.
• Assist with rehearsal setups and breakdowns as cast needs arise.
