Who we're looking for…
RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Creative Assistant.
About the role…
Working with the Sr. Entertainment Managers, the Creative Assistant will serve as departmental support by assisting in creative, scripting, audio & music, and daily operations . The Creative Assistant will learn how to prepare and edit scripts and scores, assist production creative team, and be a vital asset to the Scripting & Audio departments.
What's expected…
The Creative Assistant's tasks may include the following:
. Edit scripts based on needs of department heads and creative team.
. Assist in the creation of scores.
. Collect and keep track of all notes on creative materials.
. Assist to coordinate materials and notes for production development and departmental meetings.
. Assist in coordination with all music and audio vendors.
. Assist to prepare and issue rehearsal materials to performers.
. Assist to submit invoices, expense reports and reimbursements for staff payment and travel.
. Assist to maintain department's archival media and files.
. Provide assistance in administrative tasks across the Global Entertainment Division.

. The ability to assist with multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

The deal…
. Work three (3) full business days per week from September through October 8
. Work six (6) full business days per week from October 8 through November 6
. A full work day consists of eight (8) hours
. Flexible scheduling
. Starting on or about September 21, 2018 and ending on or about November 16, 2018 (possibility of extension)
