Rolling Live Studios is seeking a full-time assistant to support a C-Level executive. Rolling Live Studios is one of the leading production companies in the livestream sector of the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate must be able to manage an ever-changing calendar with impeccable attention to detail. Other main responsibilities include arranging domestic and international travel, creating itineraries, managing personal and business to-do lists, taking extremely detailed notes on calls/video conferences, filing and organizing documents (both digital and physical), going on personal and business-related runs, and fulfilling other miscellaneous tasks that may arise. Perfect opportunity for someone with agency experience seeking a different work environment and company culture.
Responsibilities and Role Details:
- CEO Email inbox management
- Scheduling meetings and rolling calls
- Detailed note taking for meetings and calls
- Managing calendars
- Nightly schedule updates
- Personal errands for CEO
- We are looking for someone with a 24/7 mentality, who is okay with being available on phone/email at all hours
- Role offers great benefits. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company
- Ideally looking for someone with 2-4 years experience in a similar role supporting a C-level executive, or someone with agency training.
- Full time + benefits, compensation DOE
Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Must be tech savvy, a fast learner, and a team player
- Must not be starstruck easily and love music (and also TV/Film)
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years experience in an administrative or assistant role (ideally at a talent agency) preferred
- Must have a clean passport and be willing to travel
- Must have a reliable car in good running condition
- Must have entertainment experience
- Need a motivated, super sharp assistant who can handle an extremely fast-paced work environment.
- Need someone incredibly organized who can remain one step ahead, as this position encompasses many elements and works directly with all of the different departments at the company
- This is not a remote position
- Proof of vaccination is required
