Corporate Partnership Fulfillment / Florida State Leeague All-Star Game Interne
Job Description:
• Research and identify potential categories and specific companies who will be a good addition to our existing family of sponsorship partners.
• Assist with developing standard and customized proposals for clients
• Maintain client activation reports and assist with planning, scheduling and executing all elements including events, social media, e-communications, hospitality and concourse activities
• Capturing images and documenting sponsor activation to build recap reports
• Assist in the management of set up, execution and tear down of all sponsorship, theme and promotional activities at events and on game day
• Assist with hospitality of existing and prospective clients at events and on game day
• Assist with miscellaneous support tasks as necessary
• Act as primary liaison for all Florida State League (FSL) team representatives with regard to the 2019 All-Star Game.
• Assist and coordinate with each department head in facilitating all All-Star Game needs including but not limited to Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Event Operations, etc.
• Maintain open communication with hotels, partners and other organizations to ensure all agreements are met.
• Assist in the production of FSL All-Star Game Agenda and Outline to be distributed to all FSL teams and their representatives prior to the event.
• Brainstorm and facilitate new and inventive ideas for tying in existing and new partners
• Coordinate and organize the delivery and distribution of All-Star Game gifts to guest upon arrival to Jupiter
• Assist with coordination of the check-in process, All-Star Game dinner, pre-game autograph session, Homerun Derby, and All-Star game.
• Assist in the formulation of theme, format and budget specifications for the event.
• Establish reports and systems to monitor actual expenses compared to budget and take necessary action to meet budget guidelines.
• Assist in disseminating information about event specifics to all impacted operating departments.
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all operating departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
• Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator
• Must be organized and possess the ability to multitask efficiently
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Must have an eye for details and a passion for successful event execution
• Must be willing to work long hours and weekends
• Must be willing to cooperate and work well with all other areas of the organization
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop
• Must be willing to complete the internship through June 21st, 2019

Compensation: Florida State Minimum Wage
