What You'll be Doing:
• Establish and build strong relationships with existing agencies, direct accounts and clients
• Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Work with agencies to devise an ad campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
• Communicate and position REVOLT insights, audience benefits, and content capabilities to clients on a regular basis
• Increase rates, activity and share of business to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual goals
• Maintain a thorough and extensive market knowledge including, competition, client direct, industry trends and digital trends
• Understand client's needs and objectives and work closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis.
Who You Are
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years selling digital/social, linear, branded content and experiential sales.
• An in-depth knowledge of 360-degree deals
• Bring a core understanding of both the advertising ecosystem and Hip-Hop Culture
• Possess an extensive market knowledge on competition, clients, linear and digital industry trends
• Possess organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication/presentation (oral/written) skills and ability to build relationships
• Have a sense of urgency and meet deadlines on a regular basis
• Have a track record of consistent achievement of established sales targets
