Relevant, a bi-coastal entertainment PR agency, is seeking a full-time assistant for a partner in their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate should have an interest in personal publicity. Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and writing skills as well as the ability to multitask. College degree is required and any experience as an assistant or intern at an entertainment company is preferred. Compensation includes overtime and full benefits.
Responsibilities:
Calendar management for executive
Calendar/schedule management for clients
Rolling calls
Booking travel for executive and clients
Booking hair, make-up, and styling for clients
Liaising with studios, executives, and clients
Working closely with agents and managers
Responding to a high volume of emails
Drafting memos and schedules to clients
Following media trends and breaking entertainment news
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience within the Entertainment Industry, agency experience preferred but not required
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
