This bicoastal boutique agency is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for a Los Angeles based partner. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience within the entertainment industry and should have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in personal publicity. This position offers hands on experience with clients with the goal of growing within the company. We are looking for a detail oriented, motivated, forward thinking, individual with good multitasking and writing skills.
Specific responsibilities include coordinating all details for clients press such as interviews, photo sessions, junkets, premieres, press tours, etc. Responsibilities for the partner include scheduling meetings, calls, travel and organizing day to day projects. Candidates will also interface with studios and networks. Applicants should be skilled in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well a working knowledge of social media.
