Full Time Job
This role is focused on development of campaign canvasses, campaign delivery and the technical management, execution and review of campaigns. You must have experience in segmenting and manipulating data. Post-campaign review will be a part of your role as you will be expected to use those insights into target audience behaviors and trends to continuously improve our campaign effectiveness.
Key Deliverables
• Work cross-functionally with specific event marketing teams to understand then develop, design and execute their campaigns using marketing automation tools and logic (triggers, dynamic content, etc.) and supporting tools such as Visio
• Lead the technical implementation of campaign automation for event marketing teams
• Attend/run meetings regarding audience campaign and sales campaign management, including profiling and registration with the relevant event teams
• Continually monitor, analyze, and edit campaigns to maximize campaign effectiveness, and prospect engagement
• Working with the analysis team; analyze and report on all aspects of campaigns, work to optimize performance and fine tune demand-generation programs
• Perform A/B tests on all elements of our marketing mix
• Work closely with digital & event marketing teams to optimize campaigns
• Apply best practice into the crucial ''design'' phase, recommend and test to deliver the most effective campaign
• Identify customer segments to effectively target our customer message & personalize responses to our customer's interactions with the event brand
• Allocate segments, emails and other collateral to the relevant part of each campaign canvas
• Understand and develop the data and data structures, in addition to ensuring the quality and usability of data is maintained to help execute better campaigns
• Ensure correct processes are following when setting up each event
• Ensure profile questions and answers are set up and/or amended within the profiling platform and published to the web platform
• Ensure all campaigns have had the appropriate sign off from the show and digital teams and proof them personally for sign off to go live on schedule
• Ensure customer inquiry and registration forms are fully tested prior to go-live
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to deliver best practices in email deliverability, readability and conversion-focused design
• 3-5 years marketing experience preferred
• Experience with Eloqua (or similar marketing automation tools)
• Understanding of data segmentation and importance of DPA regulations etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in technology
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Organized, high attention to detail and ability to be self-directed
• Experience using Salesforce and Eloqua a plus
