Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant

Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday

Redrock Entertainment is looking for a full time Receptionist/Office Assistant based out of our headquarters in downtown Burbank, California. The Redrock Receptionist/Office Assistant is considered an important extension of the company being the first and last impression on every client, visitor, or call we receive. Therefore, this position requires someone who is very personable, professional, and detailed oriented. Furthermore, the Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for ordering all office supplies and to ensure the office feels like a second home to all Redrock employees and clients.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Rolling calls (incoming only)
- Greet high profile clients and visitors to the office, ensure guests are comfortable and connected with the appropriate office personnel.
- Open/Close the Redrock Office
- Manage Conference Room Schedules and ensure each room is set up correctly before and after each meeting.
- Monitor and order inventory for the office, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Make sure all common office areas, storage closets, etc., are organized and accessible.
- Submit work orders and schedule repairs/maintenance in connection to the office.
- Assist with planning and preparing for Redrock Office/Employee events such as holiday parties, conferences, employee birthdays, and any other event taking place at the Redrock headquarters.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Keen attention to detail
- Self-starter and great follow-through
- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
- Discretion and ability to deal with confidential information
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
