Who We Are: RedOne Productions is a record production company founded by Grammy award winning producer RedOne. RedOne has collaborated with artists across the globe, including Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Enrique Iglesias, One Direction and many more.
Your Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Create innovative marketing campaigns to drive growth and visibility for our developing artists across digital and local channels on a global scale.
• Strategize marketing initiatives that deliver upon supporting artist album releases, amplifying live experiences, marketing campaigns and help to identify key audience growth opportunities
• Build and share presentations and documents that communicate team and project performance and recommendations to optimize content distribution and effectiveness
• Manage budgets and internal and external resources efficiently
• Optimize digital marketing efforts by utilizing the latest marketing tools.
• Execute and oversee marketing strategies from start to finish, driving engagement and ensuring that marketing campaigns are brought to succession.
• Handle social media, content, and all other tasks as is necessary and relevant to completing overall marketing strategies.
• Ensure prompt delivery of assets in accordance with artist delivery timelines.
Position Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of experience working in marketing at a record label or a similar position involving in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the music industry and cultural trends in the marketplace, with a strong passion/expertise for Pop and Latin Genres
• Must understand the domestic and international digital market spaces and have knowledge of current trends.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of social media and relevant marketing tools.
• Experience strategizing and executing small to large-scale marketing campaigns for artists.
• Strong project management skills and have experience managing complex collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient at using Google Drive, Excel, and Keynote Ability to work under pressure with imminent deadlines and prioritize in real-time
• BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar
