Who We Are: RedOne Productions is a record production company founded by Grammy award winning producer RedOne. RedOne has collaborated with artists across the globe, including Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Enrique Iglesias, One Direction and many more.
Your Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Develop compelling and powerful online marketing strategies that maximizes reach across distribution channels.
• Strategize goals and utilize analytics to manage content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads and the distribution of this content across multiple digital channels.
• Brainstorm and implement exciting new online content optimized for each distribution network/channel
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party designers / developers to produce all assets for a digital release
• Brainstorm, budget, and execute effective online advertising campaigns for artists, creating a strong presence in the desired target market and community
• Build and manage new and ongoing relationships with online partners and affiliates, including social platforms and new and existing startups
• Work closely with artists and artist management to ensure requests and expectations are handled intelligently and carried out effectively
• Attend and contribute to all related company meetings in connection with assigned projects with timely feedback and follow-up regarding any action items
• Develop and maintain content marketing and deployment calendar to track all program communications
• Prepare regularly required online marketing summaries and plans
• Assist in the creation of artist editorial calendars and publishing schedules
• Utilize B2C partners and influencers to promote content and drive additional revenue (iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, Tunecore, AdRev, etc.)
• Oversee the development of a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing, content and PR objectives
• • Manage Content and Social Media Coordinator in developing and maintaining a distinct social media presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels and 3rd party partners
• Use web content management systems and website analytics tools to make educated decisions and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to the team and assess against goals
Position Requirements:
• BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar
• 2-5 years of Digital Marketing experience
• 2-4 years of music industry experience preferred; other related experience considered
• Working knowledge of interactive technologies and communication tools including email, social media, and viral marketing techniques (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, Snapchat, etc.) • Experience and knowledge of streaming platforms
• Some experience with Photoshop, basic HTML, social media publishing tools and video editing?

• Strong organization skills?
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and takes initiative
