Content Partnerships Mgr
Position Overview
The Content Partnerships Manager joins Redbox's On Demand's Acquisitions team which manages content partnerships, content avails, and program scheduling for Redbox's digital offering. The successful candidate will have a background in partner relations, content programming or acquisitions for movies and TV, or related experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support content partnerships with major studios and other content partners to receive content avails and coordinate with core initiatives and key release strategies
Help to create and maintain supplier calendars, communication materials, and avail processes
Create, manage and maintain content avail submissions, window schedules, workflows and contractual requirements
Work cross-functionally with Editorial, Marketing and additional internal teams to prioritize key content opportunities, while working alongside supplier partnerships to do the same
Evaluate digital asset performance to support the constant iteration and driving of strategic acquisition decisions
Perform competitive analysis and trend research in order to inform content programming and acquisitions strategy
Provide content and program scheduling for premium content acquisitions for new OnDemand service offering
Education & Experience
2+ years of experience in partner management, acquisitions, content programming or content strategy
Experience working in digital distribution / entertainment for Film and Television with comfort around negotiating and executing contracts
Experience working in premium digital video, ideally AVOD or TVOD
Strong Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G Suite
Experience working with in-house CMS systems for scheduling and programming, especially for VOD platforms preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work effectively against tight deadlines and across teams
Passion for entertainment, Love of movies and knowledge of film and television is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail
Copy writing and copy-editing experience
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.

Position Overview
