Showroom Manager

This is a Full Time Job

This position will be a highly demanding role encompassing all facets of activity involved in a busy fashion PR firm. The day to day activities will involve maintaining the showroom area to a high standard and you will tasked with managing a team of interns as well as mentoring a showroom assistant. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in public relations and must be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Job Responsibilities

Overseeing Intern Program: including scheduling, daily tasks
Managing Stylist Appointments: including stylist outreach
Managing editorial requests and pulls
Administrative tasks; filing documents for CEO, managing CEO's schedule
Book and manage all travel itinerary
Submit expense reports
Process invoices
Monitor Office Supplies
Sole responsibility for monitoring, logging & coordinating the location of all samples, including packing & shipping of samples
Social Media coordination
Track serviced and upcoming press placements

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree
Strong organizational skills
Passion for fashion and creative
Confidence to represent RLPR in the market and eloquent speaking abilities
High level writing and presentation skills
1-2 years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Must have flexible personality to be creative in the market, collaborative with clients and team members, and quick witted to the key aspects of the business.
