Digital Marketing Manager Job Description
Title : Digital Marketing Manager
Location : Los Angeles, CA

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for the strategy, execution, analysis, and on-going optimization of the company's online sales & marketing programs. He/she will lead digital activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, retention and loyalty, engagement and revenue for each client. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of digital & eCommerce efforts, including email and direct response acquisition (SEM, PLAs, Paid Social, Affiliates, and SEO strategies) to grow traffic & revenue.
Responsibilities :
Define, implement and execute digital marketing strategy and manage budget to drive business results
Develop monthly content calendar for social and email to align with retail calendars and product launches
Lead social and digital marketing efforts, including paid search, email display and affiliate programs and report performance measured by ROAS or other pre-defined benchmarks
Present analytics data in weekly and monthly reports to senior management, including best and worst performing content & products to shape future strategy
Build shot lists for photoshoots to be used across social channels, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Work in coordination with graphic design and management teams to develop creative content.
Schedule engaging content across social accounts for each client related to current & upcoming releases.
Analyze data trends and metrics to maximize market sales and profits
Develop and lead digital & eCommerce analytics to establish insights, forming actionable, scalable strategies to grow the online business.
Manage product catalog across multiple online sales channels including but not limited to Shopify
Manage all customer service emails for each client and working with our warehousing and fulfillment teams to ensure all customer service issues are resolved.
Oversee all aspect of digital & eCommerce, including forecasting, budgeting, inventory management, merchandising, Customer Experience SEO/SEM, Affiliate, Display Re-Targeting and Acquisition, Marketplaces including Amazon and other future channels, Shopping Comparison Engines, Social Advertising and Email Marketing.
Support and amplify larger brand initiatives with digital programs.
Test progressive and innovative ideas to position our clients as a leader in the eCommerce & digital marketing arena.
Meet new customer, revenue, and margin goals, while managing an efficient budget.
Keep yourself informed of the latest eCommerce & digital industry trends, fashion trends, music merchandising trends & opportunities.
Must be financially savvy and skilled in reporting on all KPIs, marketing performance, user behavior, shopping flows, channels, marketing tests and uncovering insights which provide a better understanding of our clients and customers in order to improve traffic, conversion and overall growth.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Native Social Analytics, Shopify, Email Marketing SaaS - Klaviyo experience is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Must be hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of omni-channel retail business acumen and ecommerce
Prior experience in a client facing or account management role
3-4 years experience in digital marketing, social media advertising,
Personal interest in music & fashion industries is a plus
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or any graphic design is a plus
