Quadio, an exciting new social music streaming service launching nationally in February 2020, is looking to expand its marketing team with a passionate music obsessive who lives and breathes social media.
As a key member of Quadio's marketing team, the creative leader in this role will own every part of Quadio's social media ecosystem, including content planning, content capture, drafting and posting, community management and monitoring, and channel growth.
Responsibilities
-Manage the big picture and day-to-day execution of Quadio content on all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok), including planning, writing, posting, and monitoring of all content.
-Actively ideate around and solicit posts from the many potential sources of Quadio social content - artists and their managers, our large network of Campus Reps, and listeners.
-Own the social media calendar and make rapid-fire adjustments as content comes in or shifts, paying special attention to the Instagram feed.
-Constantly conceptualize and capture content in the office and Quadio in-house studio, including still images, regular updating of Instagram Stories and Snapchat, and any video or other media capture.
-Communicate with artists, or with the artist contact, to ensure maximum exposure for all content.
-Track and report on analytics for all social content, making suggestions based on results.
-Develop and execute social media campaigns that help achieve growth goals.
-Manage community building by commenting/engaging with followers and potential followers.
-Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
-Manage inbound DM's from artists and listeners (forwarding them to relevant stakeholders across the organization as needed).
-Identify and test new ideas and platforms to grow our presence and elevate our brand.
Requirements
-3+ years experience in social media creation and management.
-Expert writer with proven ability to channel the voice of our audience (college aged students).
-Experience with paid social media campaigns (specifically on Instagram).
-Ability to deliver finished creative content (text, image, and video).
-Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
-Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
-Comfortable oscillating between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
-Have strong organizational skills and impeccable follow-through
