QCODE builds captivating worlds in audio. As a Post Production Coordinator, you'll work with high-level directors, showrunners, and post crew to create immersive audio experiences. You'll be at the forefront of fiction podcasts, cultivating QCODE's uniquely cinematic audio content for listeners around the world.
We're looking for a member of our post team to organize and manage essential post production logistics for our shows, and assist our audio engineers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, fastidious attention to detail, the ability to work with many different kinds of people, and some experience in audio engineering in a junior capacity. Duties include coordinating and facilitating crew onboarding, coordinating post workflow, post schedules, liaising with engineers/directors/creators to ensure production deliverables are met, assessing audio recording quality, basic work on pro tools and more.
QCODE is a premium content studio and podcast network, launched in 2019 and has quickly become a leading destination for scripted and fiction podcasts. The company is focused on working with creators to originate and innovate stories in audio format that have the potential to grow and be adapted in other mediums, including television series and feature films.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage essential post production logistics
Coordinate/facilitate crew onboarding
Coordinate and run project meetings
Track and manage post production schedules
Track post production progress and deliverables across projects
Coordinate with internal teams and set up shows for release
Junior level pro tools work
Audio QC assessments
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in production or post production, Assistant to Producer, or at least two years of experience as a production assistant
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to professionally interface with all levels of management, creatives, and outside contacts.
Experience with Pro Tools, MS Excel and Outlook
