PRStudio USA is seeking qualified candidates for their intern program.
Must have Junior standing or higher. Paid internship means that you will be contributing to real world campaigns with current clients, participating in all campaign ideation and media strategy as well as outreach. You will get to use your writing skills to work on client bios, and press kits as well as learn Cision and other programs necessary for a job after graduation.
Prior internship experience preferred. All work created by you during internship may be used in future portfolio and job search.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office 365 for PC - knows Outlook, and how to enter contacts, manage calendars, make Power Points, Excel etc...
- Great at Social Media is a plus
- Up to date on current trends and media
- Exposure to mail merges and/or using marketing software like Mail Chimp
- Reliable Transportation
- Laptop (not required but good if you do)
- Strong Creative Writer
- Enjoys Entertainment and Lifestyle
- Can do attitude
- A PR major is preferred, although anyone in Communications will be considered
We can be somewhat flexible with your school schedule, but are asking for 4 - 5 days a week.
Must love consuming media and interested in getting their feet wet in the business.
