Sales Coordinator Position
We are currently seeking a sales coordinator for our New York office for the Hollywood Reporter and Billboard.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Bachelors Degree.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales/advertising (internships count).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce.com and Concur.com (you will be trained on these cloud-based sales marketing C.R.M. and sales expense management platforms if need-be).
• Ability to manage day-to-day contact with Entertainment and Luxury clients (high level of poise, intelligence and sophistication required).
• Liason between finance, account directors and clients/agencies.
• Ability to work with deadlines and traffic ad creative from clients to Production.
• Assist with R.F.P.'s (Request For Proposal).
• Ability to book contracts and meetings in Salesforce.com and manage flow of Insertion Orders.
• Schedule meetings, book conference rooms and make entertaining reservations.
• Ability to send issues to advertisers in a timely manner on a weekly basis and maintain magazine archives.
• Prepare sales materials for calls.
